Dr. Francisco Peinado attended the Escuela Médico Militar, the medical school of the Mexican Army and Air Force, where he received his degree as general surgeon; he also attended the emergency and military medicine course in the Department of Homeland Security in the US. He is a member of the board of directors of the National College of Military Surgeons in Mexico and an active member of the Special Operations Medical Association.
